This is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath home with a basement that is ¾ finished. It has central heat and air, and city sewer and water. It's in a quiet family neighborhood with a large 2/3 acre corner lot. The discount rent is $950 per month plus utilities, with a security deposit of $850, and we require a minimum one year lease.
We do not take Section 8.
You can drive by and look at the house from the street anytime. After you have seen the house, please call back for an appointment to see the inside.
